bad installation, mala instalacion, not finished since 1 week ago :( help me!!

hi, i did try to install navita but the app cant finish, since 1 week ago it seems to be partially downloaded but it cant finish...

desde hace una semana la instalacion de navita esta parcialmente descargada pero no avanza...

COMO LA BORRO DE MI TELEFONO!!!
HOW CAN I DELETE IT!!!

I CANT DELETE IT BECASUE IT IS NOT INSTALLED YET,, NO PUEDO BORRARLA PORQUE NO ESTA INSTALADA AUN...

HOW CAN I DELETE DE TEMP FILE OF THE INSTALLATION?
COMO PUEDO BORRAR EL ARCHVIVO TEMPORAL DE LA INSTALACION??

Hi there.

You can try to access options > advanced options > applications > then, check if the app is there and delete.

If not, try to install again, or, the last try is to perform a wipe in your BlackBerry, getting the options > security options > general settings > menu > wipe handheld.
